Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every fragrance. If you are not fully pleased with your purchase (Victory, Passion, Mystery, or Surror), please review our policy below:

  • 7-Day Return Window: You can request a refund within 7 days of delivery.

  • 14-Day Exchange Policy: If you wish to swap your fragrance for another article, you have 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Sales & Bundles: Items purchased on sale or as part of a bundle are eligible for Exchange only. No returns or refunds will be processed for these items.

  • The Smell-Test Condition: Products must be at least 90% to 95% full to qualify. We encourage you to test the scent with 1-2 sprays, but the bottle and box must remain in good condition.

  • Delivery Charges: In all cases, including Return, Exchange, or Damage/Leakage, the delivery charges must be paid by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Damage/Leakage (Urgent): If your bottle arrives broken or leaking, you must report it via WhatsApp with a photo/video on the Same Day of delivery. Claims made after the delivery day will not be entertained. Upon a valid claim, a replacement will be sent once the delivery charges are settled.

  • Processing Time: All requests are typically processed within 7 to 14 working days.
